Shipping and Returns

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.NO 


RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair.

We can only accept an exchange if items are in it's original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and all tags and packaging must be included with gold tie around the hair bundle untouched. 

If you want to exchange an item you will need to call our customer service number for the return address and further information.

We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.
Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 7 days of the receipt for an exchange
